1. Acceptance

By using PDF Coffer ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

PDF Coffer provides free browser-based tools for working with PDF and other document files. Most tools run entirely in your browser. Some use a backend server for processing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Process illegal content (child exploitation, terrorism, malware, etc.)
Process files you don't have the legal right to process
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
Abuse the Service (spam requests, DDoS, automation of bulk operations)
Violate any applicable laws

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that:

It will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted
Results will meet your exact requirements
Files will never be corrupted (always keep backups!)

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service — including lost files, corrupted files, missed business opportunities, or anything else.

6. Your files

You retain all rights to files you process. For tools that use our backend, files are processed and deleted immediately. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We're not liable for downtime.

8. Free service

PDF Coffer is free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or limits in the future, but existing free tools will remain free.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
